ต่อ Bluetooth ไม่ได้

เครื่องเสียง kenwood รุ่น DNX5310BT ค่ะ
เชื่อมต่อ Bluetooth กับไอโฟน 6 ไม่ติดเลย
ไอโฟน6 เสิชหาชื่อเจอนะคะ แต่ต่อไม่ได้เลย
ก่อนหน้านี้เครื่องเสียงเคยต่อกับโทรศัพท์ LG ได้ค่ะ
เอามาให้ที่ศูนย์ทำให้ ก็ไม่ได้อยู่ดี

พอจะมีวิธีมั้ย ขอบคุณค่ะ
